About Me

I'm currently at LSU finishing up a master's degree in chemical engineering focusing on process controls with a minor in computer science. I am currently working as an Process Control Applications Engineer with ExxonMobil in the Baton Rouge chemical plant. I graduated with my bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from LSU in May 2021.  During that time, I also earned minors studying French and business administration. I returned to LSU to study toward a master's degree in chemical engineering with a minor in computer science focusing on process systems engineering, graduating in May 2023. I chose this path of education because I wanted to ensure I had ample opportunity to improve my technical understanding, communication abilities, worldly knowledge, and cultural awareness, and ultimately, because I thought it would be fun and interesting course load – I was right! Geaux Tigers!

I truly believe that being well-rounded has a positive impact on my career and allow me to be versatile within the workplace as well as adaptable in any and every situation I may encounter. I am so glad to be a part of an energetic and resourceful team that shares a commitment to continuously refine innovation and fuel progress for the future of sustainable chemical products.
